Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@supmeru.com and provide your order number.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and original contents

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Defective or incorrect items: Full refund
  • Non-defective returns: Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Policy Notice

Customers may choose Free Shipping (Untracked) at checkout. By selecting this option, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No tracking information will be provided
  • Delivery time cannot be guaranteed

If your order is not delivered within 60 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.

For orders over $75 USD, we strongly recommend selecting Standard Shipping (Tracked) for better delivery visibility and security.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment only
  • A 30% cancellation fee will apply due to payment processing and handling costs
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled
